I have been coming here for years and while I know its part of a chain, it's still one of the best places to eat Mexican food in Savannah for me. Plus the drinks are A1( My favorites are Patron Magarita or Ultimate Sangria)
This was my first time going and I would have to go again as the food was really good and so were the margaritas(Classic).
I cannot speak to the service or atmosphere, however, I really appreciated the convenience of ordering online and picking up my food later—super easy and efficient! The food itself was absolutely delicious. My friend and I wasted no time digging in, and before we knew it, we had practically devoured everything. The flavors were bold and authentic, with fresh ingredients that really made each dish stand out. Everything was well-seasoned, and the portions were generous. Whether you're craving classic Mexican flavors or something a little more indulgent, Jalapeños delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The Food is decent. The Birria tacos dipping broth tastes like pumpkin spice but the tacos are good and the refried beans are good (for the freeze dried kind) the rice is really good too.
Food was amazing! Seems like a very popular restaurant since it was pretty busy when we got there, but we were still seated pretty quickly and got served just as fast.
Good place for Mexican food. Many different dishes to choose from. After dining here a few times, and trying many dishes, I've never been dissatisfied. Margaritas selection is like no other. Wait staff was pleasant. Jalapeños is the winner of many local community awards. Location could be better, since it's kinda hidden from the road.
Karen was fun to be our server. The food was good size portions. We were traveling from Florida, and she asked about us being ok from the hurricane. We are, and that is what our country needs. Everyone to be on the same team. Thanks Karen.
The rain was coming down in sheets! The place was empty so I was the only customer. The staff was friendly, I got my food in record time, it was delicious, and my family was satisfied. It was well worth the drive to pick it up.
